Account details (company name, user names, email addresses, passwords stored as one-way hashes); laborer profiles your company enters (names, contact details, pay rates); time entries, including the GPS coordinates captured at clock-in and clock-out and their distance from the job site; expenses and receipt images your company uploads; and technical logs needed to run the service.
To provide the service your company signed up for: recording crew time, calculating labor cost, checking clock-ins against a job-site geofence, reporting on budgets, and keeping an audit trail. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your data to train AI models.
Your company's owner, administrators and foremen, according to the roles assigned in the app. Laborers who are given access see only their own records. We share data with the providers that host and deliver the service (cloud hosting, database and email delivery) under agreements that limit their use to providing that service, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Location is captured only at the moment a clock-in or clock-out is submitted, and only on devices that have granted location permission. It is not tracked continuously. The device may keep a copy of pending entries until they sync.
To work without signal, the app stores recent data and unsent clock events on the device. Signing out or clearing site data removes it.
Data is kept while your company's account is active. Company owners can export all time entries at any time and may ask us to delete the account and its data; backups are purged on a rolling schedule after deletion.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information, or to object to certain uses. Contact your company's account owner, or us at the address below, and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by role and every change to time, pay and settings is logged.
